Emergency Preparedness Committee

The Emergency Preparedness Committee serves to communicate and support the town’s response to emergencies:

The Emergency Preparedness Committee priorities include:

  • To promote the concept of emergency preparedness with local businesses, residents and the community at large. 
  • To assess and make better Scottsville’s preparedness state. 
  • To make recommendations to council on future preparedness needs. 

 

Meetings are held every two weeks on Thursday at 3:00 pm in the Council Chambers, Victory Hall, 401 Valley Street. See the Town Meetings and Events Calendar.
