Dry weather throughout our area and has resulted in moderate drought-like conditions. On Tuesday, September 12, the Rivanna Water and Sewer Authority (RWSA), Albemarle County Service Authority, and City of Charlottesville Utilities Department report that they are prepared to meet the community’s public drinking water needs and they encouraged water conservation for public water and private well users, and for businesses.
