The River Bend Beer Festival is a celebration of Virginia-made craft ales and lagers.  Guests have the opportunity to taste and experience the best beer the Commonwealth has to offer.  The festival takes place in The Pavilion at Market Square in downtown Scottsville.

The Scottsville Community Chamber of Commerce is pleased to present a summer version of the River Bend Beer Festival.  On July 4, 2011, immediately following the Scottsville Parade join us to taste offerings of some of the best beer around.

The River Bend Festival is an educational opportunity to learn about the evolution of one of the world’s most ancient arts – that of brewing beer.  Come and enjoy some of the best new beer in Virginia on July 4, 2011, from 11:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., and then enjoy other Independence Day activities in town concluding with fireworks at 9:00 p.m.
