The River Bend Beer Festival is a celebration of Virginia-made craft ales and lagers.  Guests have the opportunity to taste and experience the best beer the Commonwealth has to offer.  The festival takes place in The Pavilion at Market Square in downtown Scottsville.

For true beer lovers a Connoisseur’s Tasting will be held Friday, September 17, 2010, offering special beers from each participating brewery.  Connoisseurs will be pampered with elegant surroundings, gourmet hors d’oeuvres and music by the Gillums Ridge Band and Red.

On Saturday, September 18, 2010, the General Tasting offers a minimum of 20 craft beers for guests to partake of.  Music on Saturday is provided by the Rogan Brothers and the Cry Babies.
