This Committee is charged with advising Town Council on the planning, management, and implementation of enhancement projects. The Committee reviews proposed contractual agreements, procurements, aesthetic options, and other relevant management issues relating to this project, and makes a recommendation to the Mayor and Town Council, which retains full decision making authority.
