Architectural Review Board
The Architectural Review Board’s role is to protect the character of the historic district by reviewing plans for new construction and alterations to structures within the historic district and entrance corridors.
Changes that affect the outside appearance of a building in the historic district and in the entrance corridors require approval from the Architectural Review Board. If you are in the historic district, you should allow at least a month for the building permit process.
